Pets are NOT allowed to be unattended in the home and we do provide a dog crate if you aren't bringing your own. We also ask that you monitor your pet at all times and clean up after your pet. National Park Nest is just minutes away from the charming and historic Kanab center, with its award-winning restaurants and shops. Our guests can hike, bike and walk directly to everything the town has to offer. Hwy 89 is less than a mile away providing access to our world-renowned national parks and recreational areas surrounding Kanab. Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places. Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away. Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. This cancellation policy does not apply to HVMB guests. For the safety of our property and our guests, we have cameras around the perimeter of the property. Some of the cameras are monitoring the front/back door as well. As mentioned, this home is pet friendly with a $50 pet fee. We ask that you do not leave your pet unattended. If you need to go out and leave your pet at home, your pet must be in a crate (a crate is provided if you need it). We also ask that you pick up after your pet's messes both inside the home and out in the yard. Thank you for respecting our policy. Again, the driveway on the south side of the home accommodates 4 vehicles (when parked 2x2). The driveway on the north side of the building is a great space for an ATV trailer (you will have to back up over the street curb to park there--see picture). In keeping with neighborhood policies, ONE vehicle is allowed to park on the street directly in front of the home. Please do NOT park in front of the neighboring homes and properties.
