The main master bedroom has a king bed, dresser, Smart TV, small couch, closet and nightstands for storage. 

The secondary master bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, Smart TV, small couch, closet and nightstands for storage. 

The first guest bedroom has a double bed, closet and nightstands for storage. 

The second guest bedroom has two twin beds, closet and nightstands for storage. 

All 3 bathrooms come fully stocked with bathroom essentials. 

The living room features an open floor plan with a large, comfy sectional sofa and large Smart TV - perfect for movie nights.

Fix your favorite meals easily in the fully stocked kitchen. Kitchen items include a blender, toaster, cookie sheets, roasting pan, rice maker, pots and pans. Enjoy meals together around the dining table which seats 4 people, or take a seat at the kitchen island. 

Feel free to use the outdoor charcoal grill and outdoor gas grill to enjoy an evening BBQ, while taking in the awesome surrounding views. We also have an Igloo cooler that you are welcome to take on your outdoor adventures. Be sure to do some stargazing, our night skies are incredible!

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon. Just minutes away from downtown Kanab, this home makes accessing local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores convenient and easy!

Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.

Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

The backyard is large and fun to explore and our kids enjoyed finding lizards and frogs who wandered into the yard from the desert. The house is very well appointed with everything you could need and the kitchen was very nice as well, we were able to enjoy many home cooked meals. This is our favorite area of Kanab to stay in when visiting because of the privacy and serenity but proximity to all the area has to offer. Highly recommend if you’re wanting a beautiful and comfortable home base!" (10/5)

Beautiful home, very quiet, spacious, immaculately clean, and obvious attention was paid to making sure guests have everything they need. 

We spent a day going out to White Pocket (25-30 min east), and a day at the Coral Sand Dunes (20 min west). The house is far enough off the hwy to eliminate any noise, but close enough that it doesn't feel overly out of the way. 

Two master bedrooms with two master baths, and two more bedrooms that share a full bath may have been a little overkill for just my wife and I and our dog...but we booked last minute (same day actually), and Nathan was immediately responsive and helpful when I inquired about availability. We prefer privacy and space...which Nathan's home delivered in spades.
