The Master bedroom has a king bed along with a twin trundle and a desk.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 3 has two twin beds and a twin trundle.

Full kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. Dining table and counter seating.

Comfy living room with plenty of places to sit and relax while watching the large screen TV. 

Full capacity washer & dryer so you can keep your clothes clean.

High speed internet and Wi-fi to allow for streaming and live TV in every bedroom and main room, as well as clear connection for laptops and mobile devices.

You'll love the beautiful covered back patio with a dining set, lounge furniture, fire pit, hot tub and BBQ grill; it's the perfect location to view the red cliffs of Kanab. This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon. 

Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.

Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. This cancellation policy does not apply to HVMB guests.
