Important Safety Notice
Please be aware that this property is not suitable for young children or toddlers. There are four exits and entrances that lead directly to the pool area. The pool is not fenced and is easily accessible.

A waiver must be signed before booking for insurance purposes.

The pool is closed during the winter months. It typically closes around mid-October and opens sometime in May. Pool heating is weather dependent, as it uses a heat pump and solar panel. The hot tub is open year-round.

Dive Into Adventure is located in Kanab Creek Ranchos, a very family-friendly neighborhood nestled against the hills surrounding Kanab.

Nearby attractions include Ranchos Park, which offers a playground, large grassy areas, and a walking trail.

Local hikes featured in the house book include Squaw, Bunting, and K-Hill, all offering wonderful views.

Additional nearby attractions include Jacob Hamblin Park, Kanab City Library, Ranchos Park baseball fields, Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops.

Equestrian and biking trails are also available.

Other Things to Note‍

Outdoor security cameras are installed around the entire property for safety. Some cameras monitor the front door, back door, pool, and hot tub.

No parties allowed. Quiet hours are from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Please remember the pool is closed during the winter months. The pool is heated with a heat pump and solar panel and can only heat the water as warm as the outside air temperature. The hot tub is open year-round.

Kanab is located in the “Grand Circle” and known as the “Hub of the Parks,” with easy access to Zion, Bryce Canyon, the Grand Canyon (North Rim), and many other national parks and monuments. Mileage is approximate and may vary slightly.

Getting Around‍

The home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89. A vehicle is required to get around, and a 4WD vehicle with high clearance is recommended for off-road travel.
