The Space

Saltbrush Ranch House is located in the quiet subdivision of Kanab Creek Ranchos, just a 3 minute drive to downtown Kanab and all of its shops and restaurants. Newly remodeled, this 3 bedroom and 2 bath home has everything you need to feel right at home. The open and spacious living room and kitchen make gathering with friends and family a breeze. The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances, cookware, dishes and silverware. Whip up your favorite meals in style!

In the primary suite you will find a plush king sized bed, night stands, and an ensuite bathroom with a beatifully tiled shower.

Bedroom 2 offers another comfortable king sized bed and Bedroom 3 offers a queen sized bed.

The full guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo.

In the living room you will find a smart TV as well as two sofa sleepers, one is full-sized and the other is queen-sized, making the total possible occupancy 10 guests. The sliding doors lead you from the dining area to the large backyard, where you will find outdoor seating, a BBQ grill, a fire pit to gather 'round and tell stories, and your very own private hot tub. Watch the hills come alive under the rising sun, or enjoy the painted sunset skies in the evening. Soak in the hot tub as you gaze at the dark starry sky.

The garage is available to guests but please be aware that the clearnance is low, so high clearance vehicles will not fit. Garage can be accessed from inside the house. There is plenty of parking in the driveway in front of the house, on the south side of the house, and also on the street. Bring your toys and trailers and enjoy southern Utah!

Neighborhood

Salt Brush Ranch House is located in the Kanab Creek Ranchos, a very family-friendly neighborhood nestled against the hills surrounding Kanab. It's a short drive to Ranchos Park, which has plenty of space to relax and play your favorite games in the large, open, grassy space. Downtown Kanab with all of its restaurants and shops is just a short 3 minute drive.

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancelation fee regardless of the cancellation date.

This property is a pet friendly property and does require a $50 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friends. Pet Policy: 2 dogs allowed per reservation. Pets are NOT allowed to be unattended in the home and must be in a crate if left alone. There is a crate provided for you if you need it. We also ask that you monitor your pet at all times and clean up after your pet. Please understand and respect our policy, we appreciate your cooperation.

Getting Around

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon.

Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.

Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.
