The Space

Located just minutes fom Zion National Park, nestled in the pine trees, you'll find The Zion Escape, a large 3,100 square foot, family friendly cabin that accommodates 14 guests. 4 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, as well as 3 sofa sleepers and 2 gathering areas make this layout ideal for large groups. The expansive living room offers 4 comfortable couches (2 of which are sofa sleepers), a gas fireplace, a smart TV, a large dining area and a fully appointed chef's kitchen with top of the line applicances and cookware.

On the main level you will find the primary suite with a luxurious king sized bed, and ensuite bathroom featuring a beautifully tiled shower, a jetted soaker tub, double vanities, and a large walk in closet. This room also has private access to the large back deck, with the hot tub located just outside the door.

Upstairs you will find gathering area with 2 couches (one being a sofa sleeper) and another smart TV. Off this room you will find the 3 guest bedrooms. Guest Room 1 features a plush king sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo (this bathroom can be accessed from both the bedroom and the hallway).

Guest Rooms 2 and 3 both offer a comfortable queen sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk in tiled shower.

On the main level you will also find a laundry room with full capacity machines for your convenience, and just off the kitchen is a large deck with a propane BBQ grill, outdoor dining table, large prorane fire pit, and a private hot tub. Gather 'round the firepit while you reminisce on the days' adventures, or soak your muscles after a day of hiking and exploring in Zion or Bryce Canyon national parks while you stargaze in wonder at the dark night sky from your own hot tub!

There is plenty of parking on the property (no parking allowed on the street) and a 2 car garage with an EV charger is available for guest use as well.

This property is located adjacent to Zion Ponderosa Resort, and access to the resorts amenities (pool, zip line, mini-golf) are available for additional fees.

Tucked into the trees, secluded, and private yet just 20 minutes from Zion, 90 minutes from Bryce, 25 minutes from Coral Pink Sand Dunes state park, and surrounded by endless ATV and hiking trails, The Zion Escape is the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. Come stay--and play-- with us!

Neighborhood

The Zion Escape is located adjacent to Zion Poderosa Resort. This upscale community is private and guests do have access to the resort amenities for an additional fee. Close access to Hwy 9 allows easy travel to Zion National Park, and convenient access to Hwy 89 for travel to Bryce Canyon or the Grand Canyon. Orderville, Utah is approximately 25 minutes away and offers a small grocery store and a few restaurant options. Kanab, Utah is located 45 minutes to the south and has two grocery stores and several other restuarant options.

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.

Again, this is a pet-friendly property. Please note there is a $100 pet fee if you plan on bringing your furry friend. Pets are not allowed upstairs so please use the gate provided. Pets are not allowed to be unattended in the home. We also ask that you monitor your pet at all times and clean up after your pet. Please understand and respect our policy, we appreciate your cooperation.

Getting Around

Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.

Kanab, UT is 25 minutes away. Page, AZ airport is 1.5 hours away; St. George, UT airport is 2 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3.5 hours away. Get around in town mostly via car.
