For the safety of our property and our guests, we have cameras around the perimeter of the property. Some of the cameras are monitoring the front/back door as well as the hot tub.

Hot tub maintenance will be by every Monday anytime between 8 Am and 12:00pm. Unfortunately, we have had a few issues with guests who have damaged the hot tub or left it so dirty, we've had to have hot tub services come after hours to drain/refill or fix the hot tub. If we must service the hot tub due to damage or excessive dirtiness after your stay, you will be charged the actual service cost, with a minimum fee of $125. Dirt, urine, sweat, sunscreen, and lotion all contribute to water so dirty that a drain and refill is necessary. Please shower off before entering the hot tub. Thank you for understanding!
