This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Just minutes away from downtown Kanab, this home makes accessing local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores convenient and easy!

Kanab, UT is 20 minutes away. Page, AZ airport is 1.5 hours away; St. George, UT airport is 2 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3.5 hours away. Get around in town mostly via car.

Visit the Grand Staircase - Escalante Monument, Lake Powell/Glen Canyon Recreation Area, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, The 'Wave'/Paria Wilderness, Pipe Springs National Monument, Kodachrome State Park, Cedar Breaks and Cedar Mountain. Also tour Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, or hike in the red rock country nearby through the many trails such as Squaw, Bunting, and K-Hill trails. Equestrian and biking trails are also available.
