There are also 2 full bathrooms with Bathroom 1 featuring a tub/shower combo, and Bathroom 2 showcasing a beautiful walk-in shower. Bathroom 2 is split between 2 rooms, one housing the shower and the other the vanity and toilet, offering privacy for all guests.

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, the north rim of the Grand Canyon, as well as hiking and biking trails.

Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.

Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.

This home is pet friendly (dogs only) with a 2-pet limit. Dogs must be kept in a crate if they are being left unattended in the home. Please clean up after your pet both inside and out. Thank you for your respect and cooperation!
