Grand Kanab'n

Grand Kanab'n sits at the mouth of Tom's Canyon ringed by towering red rock cliffs in the upscale La Estancia community. Unwind on the rooftop deck w/a private hot tub & hammocks, or grill out on the patio. This community offers access to indoor/outdoor pools, pickleball courts and a park. Minutes to downtown Kanab, surrounded by hiking trails & close to multiple ATV trail systems. 15 min to Coral Pink Sand Dunes, 30 min to Zion, and 90 min to Bryce Canyon & the Grand Canyon's north rim.

Grand Kanab'n is set in the upscale La Estancia community at the mouth of Tom's Canyon, where towering red rock cliffs surround the home on nearly every side — the kind of view that makes you stop mid-conversation to stare.

The standout feature is the rooftop deck: a private hot tub for soaking under Kanab's famously dark skies, plus hammocks set up for lazy afternoons with a view of the cliffs and a propane fire pit. Downstairs, the outdoor space continues with a BBQ grill and comfortable outdoor furniture for evenings in.

Inside, the home is laid out to sleep the group comfortably with two primary ensuites, each featuring a king sized bed, and two other guest bedrooms, one furnished with a king bed and jack-n-jill style bathroom (accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway), and the other with a queen bed and a half bathroom located right next to it. The living space with it's high ceilings, open concept living/dining/kitchen and floor to ceiling windows highlighting the incredible red rock view, is designed to bring everyone back together after a day of adventure.

La Estancia itself is a bonus — residents and guests get access to community indoor and outdoor pools, pickleball courts, and a park.

Location-wise, you're minutes from downtown Kanab for dining and shops, surrounded by hiking trails right out the door, and close to multiple ATV trail systems for off-road exploring. Zion National Park is a easy 30-minute drive, Coral Pink Sand Dunes is just 15 minutes away, and both Bryce Canyon and the north rim of the Grand Canyon are within 90 minutes — making Grand Kanab'n a genuine basecamp for southern Utah's best scenery.

Guests will be sent a door code before their check in date.

Please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it. If you lose the pool key it is a $250 FEE to replace it.
The key to turn on the rooftop deck fire table is in the drawer on the far left of the kitchen sland. Please ensure that it is returned when you are done using it. There will be a $100 FEE to replace it if lost.

Unfortunately, we have had a few issues with guests who have damaged the hot tub or left it so dirty, we've had to have hot tub services come after hours to drain/refill or fix the hot tub. If we must service the hot tub due to damage or excessive dirtiness after your stay, you will be charged the actual service cost, with a minimum fee of $125. Dirt, urine, sweat, sunscreen, and lotion all contribute to water so dirty that a drain and refill is necessary. Please shower off before entering the hot tub. Thank you for understanding!
